This is a resident convenience list put together from public information by the Haylestrom campaign. It is not an official municipal page. Nomination lists change, so please confirm names, dates and voting methods with your Municipal Clerk before you rely on them.

                  Election day: Monday, October 26, 2026

                  1. Step 1

                    Watch for your voter information letter

                    Every eligible voter on the list receives a letter from the Clerk with the instructions and, where internet or telephone voting is used, the PIN needed to cast a ballot. Letters are normally mailed a few weeks before voting opens. If yours has not arrived one week before advance voting starts, call the Clerk.

                  2. Step 2

                    Vote during the advance voting period

                    Most Northumberland municipalities open voting several days before election day so you are not forced into a single window. Confirm the exact advance dates on your municipality's election page below.

                    Or vote on election day

                    Voting closes on Monday, October 26, 2026. Leave time; do not wait for the final hour.

                  4. Step 4

                    If you just want to go somewhere and vote

                    Go to a voter help centre. Staff can confirm you are on the list, reissue your PIN, and give you a device and help to cast your ballot in person. Bring photo identification showing your name and Trent Hills address.

                  Can you vote, and are you on the list?

                  • You are a Canadian citizen.
                  • You are at least 18 years old on voting day.
                  • You live in the municipality, or you own or rent property there, or you are the spouse of an owner or tenant.
                  • You are not prohibited from voting under Ontario law.

                  Not sure you are on the voters' list, or your name or address is wrong? Call your Clerk or visit the municipal office and ask to be added or corrected. Do it well before voting opens, not on election day.
